Democrats Deliver: Continuing Economic Strength (BCDP Weekly)

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that America added a whopping 303,000 workers to their payrolls in March. Last month’s job growth was up from 270,000 in February. Consumers continue to spend, and employers continue to hire to meet customer demand.

The Labor Department report also showed that the jobless rate has now remained below 4% for 26 straight months, the longest such streak since the 1960s. The government also revised up its estimate of job growth in January and February by a combined 22,000. Source: AP News

As a result of President Biden’s economic plan, 2021 and 2022 were the two strongest years of job growth in history. Nearly 11 million jobs have been created since President Biden took office – including 750,000 manufacturing jobs. The unemployment rate is at a 50-year low, and a record number of small businesses have started since President Biden took office. Source: Whitehouse.gov

Florida Takes Away More Abortion Rights, leaving North Carolina Even More Vital

Our state is the last line of defense for the right to choose — we have to break the supermajority and keep a blue governor’s mansion.
