We will elect any vacant precinct officer positions for the coming year, contribute to the Buncombe Democratic Party Sustaining Fund, and process any resolutions by cluster members. All interested left-leaning voters are encouraged to attend, but only registered Democratic voters will be allowed to vote or hold a precinct position.

Who should attend: Democratic voters from Precincts 32.1 (Owen Middle School), 33.2 (Black Mountain Primary), 33.3 (Black Mountain Elementary), 34.1 (Lakeview Center), 35.1 (Montessori School/Carver Center), 36.1 (Black Mountain First Baptist), 37.1 (Garren Creek Fire Department).
