As we build on the enthusiasm and commitment to action-oriented initiatives within our precincts, a meeting of all Downtown Cluster officers, and all of our precinct folks, has been scheduled for April 16th. We ask that you reserve the date and mark your calendars! Please do whatever you can to attend to ensure that precincts 1.1, 2.1, 8.2, 8.3. 10.1 and 11.1 are well-represented. We will also discuss scheduling regular cluster and precinct meetings going forward.
Speakers in attendance will be Commissioner Martin Moore, BCDP Chair Kristen Robinson and Buncombe County Young Democrats President Brenden Hipps, all kindly giving their time to help us target our focus on actions that will have the most impact in our precincts, and answer questions that we may have.
Please sign up to let us know that you will be in attendance. We’ll have pizza, and a head count will be helpful. Feel free to offer your thoughts/ideas for agenda items. We want to hear from you! Although a 90-minute meeting will not address all, it will be a launch to creating an active environment in our precincts, and cluster, as we move closer to the mid-terms. Now is the time to get organized!
