Join us on January 23rd from 6-8pm at Buncombe Democrats HQ (951 Old Fairview Road) for our joint January Monthly Meeting with the Buncombe Teen Dems.

At this meeting we’ll be voting on endorsing candidates who applied and filled out our 2024 endorsement questionnaire. Eligible races for the endorsement process are Democrats running in the 2024 primary election for contested elections only, including District Court Seat 06; District Court Seat 07; Clerk of Superior Court; Board of Commissioners District 1.

We’ll also begin discussing our plans on how to turn out the youth vote in 2024, the Young Dems of NC Convention in February in Durham, and the upcoming precinct organizing meetings.

Who should attend: For this meeting, since we are voting on endorsements, only eligible members for the Buncombe Young Democrats may attend. Eligible members for the Buncombe Young Democrats are registered Dems or unaffiliated voters from the ages 16-35. Eligible members for the Teen Dems are students aged 13-19.
