As the 2024 elections draw closer, the Buncombe County Democrats want all of our precincts ready to increase voter turnout at the Primary Election on March 5th and the General Election on November 5th. If you live in any of the following precincts, please join us because your precinct needs to elect officers: 4.1, 9.1, 13.1, 15.1, 19.1, 24.1, 35.1, and 37.1. These precincts are still classified as “unorganized” because there has been no one elected to serve as Chair, Vice Chair, or Secretary. Being “organized” gives your precinct representation at the monthly Buncombe County Democrats County Executive Committee, opportunities for trainings for officers and volunteers, and access to a multitude of other resources.
Please consider serving as an officer and talk to your neighbors and friends about attending this short meeting. We need to have at least five people in attendance from your precinct to elect officers.
Democrats living in the following precincts should plan to attend: 4.1, 9.1, 13.1, 15.1, 19.1, 24.1, 35.1, and 37.1. If you're not sure of your precinct number, look it up at https://vt.ncsbe.gov/RegLkup/
