Voter Photo ID is now a requirement! Buncombe County will be using NEW voting machines! This event will give you the information you need to know how to use the new voting machine, what ID is required, and if you prefer voting Absentee, what hoops you’ll need to walk through to vote that way.

Jake Quinn, the Chair of the Buncombe County Board of Elections will provide all your answers. There will either be a “live” demo of the new Voting machine or a video to show you how to use it. These new requirements start with the November Municipal elections in Weaverville and Woodfin.
