The BCDP Cluster Leader group, along with Kathie Kline, BCDP Chair, and Kristen Robinson, Vice Chair, have agreed to launch a Rural Focus Group for precincts that are fully or partially rural. So you are warmly invited to join this group. The purpose of this group is as follows:

"To bring together leaders in rural areas together in order to share best practices, review strategies, collaborate and support each other. Many rural areas are primarily red and are challenging in ways that are different to densely populated areas. With recent redistricting, some areas are now tougher for getting our Democratic elected officials reelected in 2024. We need to explore how to recruit volunteers, engage Democrats and effectively get out the vote (GOTV) in our rural precincts."

As officers in your precincts, you play a vital role in our GOTV efforts. This is how elections are won, with local engagement.
