Being a Democrat in South Buncombe County is especially fun when we gather each year for this family-friendly picnic on beautiful Lake Julian! This is your opportunity to 1) meet folks with shared interests and similar values; 2) hear brief updates from elected officials, and 3) learn new ways to make a difference in 2024 - but no pressure!  We'll have live music, food and drinks for all! Optional: Bring a covered dish to accompany our regular and plant-based grilled hot dogs...but if you've never come to our picnics before, just c'mon for the fun and we'll have plenty to share!
