Come out and serve veterans in our community! The VRQ is a program providing vocational improvement for veterans, sponsored and managed by ABCCM. The location is at a residential facility housing 150+ veterans. We’ll be preparing food for the lunch of the day and for refrigerated storage for later days. Preparatory tasks include activities such as cutting/chopping vegetables, assembling sandwiches, salad dressing making, and cooking vegetables and ground meat. This is a recurring event that happens on the second Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
